A healthy breakfast is essential for good health. It is the main meal Because it is the first of the day and it will give you all the energy for your tasks. Some benefits of a healthy breakfast are that it will stimulate your metabolism, keep your blood glucose balanced, replenish your energy spent during sleep, help you lose weight... A good healthy breakfast consists of proteins (egg, yogurt, cheese, some herbs) and carbohydrates (fruits, whole grains, whole grain breads).
