Breakfast and Importance

                                                                                                     breakfast and importance                     aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

During sleep,we are sustained by our bodily stores of  nutrients. to give  you an idea, the body consumes about 40 to 60 kcal   per hour of sleep.                                                                                                                                                                          As soon as we wake up, we need ''fuel''  to resume activities.  And start a day full activity.                                                                                                                                                                              That is why breakfast, commonly called breakfast, is the 3rd most important meal of the harmony between essential nutrients and  energy, it offers what our body needs to work  well, guarantess a good mood in the morning  and a willingness to exercise. And, as it improves attention and concetration, it favors your work and your studies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Experts attest  that starting the day without adequate food and quantitatively can promote a reduction of up 30% in the perfomance of their activities during the day. Research indicates that  throughout its existence , a human species has undergone a series of evolutionary adaptations related to the availability of food. One  of them is the  defense                                     mechanism by which we save as our most potential energy reserves (mainly fat)                    for this period of food "scarcity", that is when we stop having a meal. During this period the body emits a response to this situation with decrease  in the speed of cellular functioning to save energy and continue functioning.                                                                                                         The big problem is than, erroneously, this suppresing meal strategy, very common among people who aim to lose weight, ends up opposing this goal, since we stop wasting energy the way we would if we were fed, especially for people who pratice physical activity in the morning.
